Human resources for social work play a decisive role in ensuring social security and improving people's lives. In recent years, along with the general development trend of the world, the demand for social work human resources in our country has been increasing, requiring training institutions to promote training quality, including training activities. Training needs to aim at forming and developing students' professional skills and attitudes. This study was conducted with data surveyed from 370 social work students (current students and alumni). The research results show that most surveyed students were well aware of the knowledge, skills, and professional ethics necessary for social workers. The results of this research can serve as a basis for recommending that schools should diversify training forms, focusing on professional practice so that students can develop their own abilities in accordance with the standards of their future career.
