Các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ hoàn thành dự án xây dựng sử dụng vốn ngân sách nhà nước tại huyện Bình Chánh, TP.HCM

Bài báo này nghiên cứu yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ hoàn thành dự án xây dựng với nguồn vốn ngân sách nhà nước ở huyện Bình Chánh, TP.HCM. Nghiên cứu cho thấy, có nhiều yếu tố khách quan góp phần kéo dài tiến độ dự án, bao gồm: biến động giá vật liệu xây dựng, tình trạng nhân công, thủ tục hành chính, thiên tai và dịch bệnh. Đồng thời, yếu tố chủ guan như năng lực của chủ đầu tư, nhà thầu, đơn vị tư vấn, công tác quản lý nhà nước và quy trình đầu tư cũng ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến tiến độ. Bài báo đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả đầu tư xây dựng, các giải pháp bao gồm tăng cường quản lý nhà nước, nâng cao năng lực của các bên tham gia dự án, cải thiện quy trình đầu tư và thực hiện tốt công tác giải phóng mặt bằng. Thêm vào đó, tuyên truyền và giáo dục cũng được đề cao nhằm nâng cao nhận thức và sự tham gia của các bên liên quan

The satisfaction of the faculty with the facility services at universities plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of teaching and research. At Nam Dinh University of Nursing - an institution specializing in training nurses for medical facilities and hospitals - evaluating the factors affecting faculty satisfaction becomes even more important due to the specific nature of the profession. This study found that factors such as the University’s care, the facility system, and the level of responsiveness significantly impact faculty satisfaction. These factors not only directly affect the faculty’s perception but also indirectly influence the quality of their work. The research results have important implications for improving management policies and facility investments at Nam Dinh University of Nursing, aiming to increase faculty satisfaction. Additionally, the study opens up future research directions on specific measures to optimize the working environment, contributing to the improvement of education and research quality at Nam Dinh University of Nursing in particular, and universities nationwide in general
